CONNECTING ROD is a very important component of internal combustion engine because it connects piston to crank shaft. Connecting rod converts reciprocating motion into rotary motion.

Connecting rod forms the heart of any Internal combustion engine, which is an integral part of Cars, Tractors, Trucks, Ship etc. It transforms the circular motion of crankshaft into reciprocal motion thereby moving the piston to create the compressive strength to start and accelerate the engine. Material used for this component commonly is CK45, EN-16,EN-9 or as per customer requirement etc. 

NEW USHA ENGINEERS manufactures Closed Die Forged Connecting Rods from Alloy Steel materials as per recommended O.E. Specification.  

The Bolts used are made from high tension steel material. The Bush is supplied by some of the leading manufacturers of the country, as per O.E. Specification. We also utilize gunmetal bushes.
